| 摘 要： | 知识经济的灵魂是创新，教育改革和教学创新是知识经济的必然要求。构建出“面向教学创新的高校知识管理模式”，从学校教学工作全局出发，强化知识管理，致力于高校教学知识资源的积累、共享、应用与创新，最终实现持续的教学创新，并提出高校实施知识管理的资源保障、技术保障、机制保障、管理保障、文化保障等保障措施。
