| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业已经成为自主创新的生力军，满足了创新市场的多元化需求。同时，中小企业自主创新也存有诸多制约因素。我们应在风险投资、税收政策、政府采购制度和创新文化建设等方面推进我国中小企业的自主创新。
