| 摘 要： | 城镇化是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物,加快中国的城镇化进程势在必行。城镇化进程的推进,既为中等职业教育的发展提供了难得的机遇,又带来了前所未有的挑战。为了顺利实现城镇化战略目标,促进中等职业教育又好又快发展,本文采用SWOT分析方法,分析了城镇化背景下中等职业教育发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,并在此基础上提出了中等职业教育应及时做出调整,加强自身能力建设,积极应对城镇化进程的建议。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is the inevitable product of the social and economic development to a certain stage,and speeding up the urbanization process in China is imperative.Urbanization process provides a rare opportunity for the development of secondary vocational education,and brings unprecedented challenges.To imply the urbanization strategies smoothly and promote sound and rapid development of secondary vocational education,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,weakness,opportunities and challenges of secondary vocational education under the background of urbanization.On this basis,this paper propose that the secondary vocational education should adjust timely,strengthen their capacity building,and response positively to the suggestions of urbanization. |
