| 摘 要： | 社区是社会的细胞,社区和谐是社会和谐的基础。世界性的环保潮流正朝着社区层面深入,各个国家纷纷寻求建立社区的环境保护模式。我们对社区参与环境保护寄予了期望。这离不开法律的有效保障,因此建立我国社区参与环境保护的法律机制具有紧迫性和必要性。
