| 摘 要： | 高校基层党组织优良的组织生活质量是高校建设学习型党组织的基础工程和组织保障。高校党委要克服当前高校基层党组织生活执行中存在的不足,顺应学习型党组织建设的要求,以学习型党组织建设的先进理念引领、丰富组织生活内容;以科学发展的眼光创新党组织生活的结构模式;以开展主体性组织生活为途径,活跃基层党组织生活形式;以建立质量评估体系为保障,凸显基层党组织生活特色和亮点,从而提高基层党组织生活质量,促进学习型党组织建设科学化。
