喀什地区菠菜中微量元素和绿原酸含量的测定

摘    要:分别采用紫外分光光度法、火焰原子吸收分光光度法对喀什地区疏勒县的菠菜中微量元素和绿原酸的含量进行了测定.结果表明,疏勒县菠菜中微量元素含量高低依次为Ca〉Zn〉Mn〉Cu;绿原酸的含量为0.00073ug/g,测定波长为330nm,以绿原酸的浓度和吸光度作标准曲线,得回归方程线性方程C=16422A+0.0645,线性相关系数R为0.9785.

Abstract:Trace elements in spinach and chlorogenic acid were determined by using UV spectrophotometry flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,in Shule County of Kashgar region. The expiermental results show that content of trace elements of the spinach in Shule County were ranked as Ca Zn Mn Cu; content of chlorogenic acid is 0.00073 ug / g, measured wavelength of 330 nm, linear equation C = 16422 A +0.0645, R is 0.9785.
