| 摘 要： | 职业化是地方本科院校人才培养模式的重要理念,是地方本科院校人才培养的价值追求;职业技能的应用与社会人的契合是地方本科院校人才培养目标定位;打破单一模式,挖掘潜能,突破课程壁垒,构建职业化培养模块,多元主体参与与融合的职业体验运行机制,形成校际联盟及教育产教联盟。这是地方本科院校人才培养的应对之路。

| Abstract: | Occupation is an important concept of local university talents training mode. It is the local undergractuate colleges culture value pursuit. Aplication of social human occupation skill is the goal of training local undergraduate college. Breaking the single mode, mining potential, breaking through the barriers , constructing, occupation training module, operating the mechanism and the fusion of occupation experience of multi subject , forming alli- ances and education of production teaching union, are the keys to deal with the logic of local university talents training. |
