| 摘 要： | 大学生是祖国未来发展的希望,而大学班级则是大学生接触最多的环境,对每个大学生的生活学习甚至是性格和价值观都有深远的影响。因此如何管理好一个班级、使班级给大学生最正确的引导就有十分重要的意义。文章针对新时期大学班级的现状分析其原因,并结合一个工程管理专业班级的实际情况,思考班级管理与建设模式并提出"新三位一体"的管理办法以及具体实施方案,为建设更好的大学班级为大学生提供更好的环境提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | College students are the hope of the motherland＇s future,and the university class are the most important environment where the college students learn,live and play together,and it has a profound impact on the life of every college student for their characters and values.Therefore,there has great significance to explore how to manage an university class to bring an positive guidance to the college students.In this paper,the status and the reasons of the new era college class is analyzed.combined with the actual situation of a project management professional class,the class management and construction mode is explored and a ＂new trinity＂ management approach and a specific implementation plan are put forward.The purpose is to build a better university class to provide a better environment for college students to learn. |
