| Abstract: | This article makes an investigation and analysis on the problems of architectural establishment,internal and external enviroment, documentrary information, staff construction and reader' services during the process of library's optimization. Basing on it and combining it with the actual develipment of library,the author do some new research on the optimization of those problems. |
