| 摘 要： | 现代社会的高度发达,对人才的标准提出了越来越高的要求;同时由于现代社会转型的加快,使得传统的就业方式在很大程度上不能满足当代大学生的需求。因此,在新的历史条件下,当代大学生如何尽快转变自己的就业观念,即原来的＂就业＂转为＂创业＂在很大程度上制约着大学生的发展;同时,鼓励并积极的为大学生创业提供各种扶持,也是经济、社会良性发展的重要条件。

| Abstract: | The highly developed modern society,raised ever-increasing demands of the standard of talent;while the speeding up of the transformation of modern society,makes the traditional means of employment can’t meet the needs of contemporary college students to a large extent.Therefore,in the new historical conditions,how to change their concept of employment as soon as possible of college students,that the original ＂job＂to＂start＂,to a large extent restricts the development of students;At the same time,encouraging and positively providing support for university students,also the important conditions of economic and social development. |
