| 摘 要： | 环境问题目前已成为一个全球性的问题,发展低碳经济刻不容缓。低碳地产是低碳经济对房地产业的具体要求,低碳地产主要体现在其提供的建筑产品上,主要表现为绿色建筑。主要分析了低碳经济与低碳地产、绿色建筑的关系,论述了低碳地产、绿色建筑在我国的发展,并且对低碳地产、绿色建筑在我国的进一步发展进行了有益的探讨。
