| 摘 要： | 温州市村委会选举中贿选的存在,直接影响基层民主政治的健康发展和农村社会稳定。通过对温州市10个村村级民主自治中的贿选进行调查,结果表明,存在法律制度滞后、监督机制缺失、经济利益驱动等方面的问题。因此,政府不仅要在政治意识、法制观念等方面加强对村民的教育,而且还要在制度建设方面采取相应举措防范和遏制贿选的发生。

| Abstract: | The existence of bribery in village elections directly affects the healthy development of the grass-roots democracy and the social stability of the countryside.A survey made to ten villages of Wenzhou City on the election bribery in village-level democracy and autonomy shows that there exist the problems of the lagged legal system,the lack of supervision mechanism and people are driven by the benefit.Therefore,the government should not only conduct education to villagers in political consciousness and legal sense but also take steps in establishing systems to prevent the occurrence of bribery at an election. |
