| Abstract: | With the developments and ripeness in intelligence services markets,the needs for knowledge and top intelligence services are constantly going up.accompanied with that situation the reform of intelligence science faces a new opportunities but a challenge.The key issue for developing characteristic intelligence sciences is to study knowledge intelligence with distinguishing quality,to practice high-level intelligence services such as intelligence analyzing,knowledge consulting and mining etc.. |
