| 摘 要： | 试图从校园文化的内蕴精神特征和外观形象的辩证关系入手探讨红河学院文化建设所涉及的诸多问题。从学院文化的政治特征、文化特征、民族特征、地域特征、时代特征等方面,研究了红河学院文化精神的实质和个性指向,并藉此提出了红河学院文化建设的实施方略,具体就文化的理念设计,行为规范和塑造,形象识别系统等相关问题提出了具体意见。
