摘    要:鉴于中国技术教师教育的发展与德国经验的密切关系,本文首先简要梳理了中德两国技术教师教育发展的基本脉络和特点。在此基础上分析了技术教师的核心能力特征:专业教学能力,论述了中德在这一内涵阐释领域的差异。并就其中的两个传统难题:专业学科与教师职业的关系以及教育教学理论向教学实践能力的转化,分析了中德在技术教师教育中面临的共同挑战以及中德差异。鉴于中国支持性的外部环境尚未正式形成,专业学科与教育教学内容的关系尚未理顺,教师教育中教师角色意识和专业思维方式的形成太晚、太零碎,缺乏有效辅导,本文指出,当前中国教师教育在国际交流方面应抱有科学的批判态度,关注教师教育的模式设计,并从人员和体制上保障其中多学科、多地点的合作关系。

Abstract:Because of the close connection to German experience of Chinese VTE teacher education,the article tries to give an overview on the history development and characteristic of the VTE teacher education in both countries.Based on that,an analytical comparison between these two countries from two aspects as key challenge in the VTE teacher education is made: the connection of the relevant subject discipline and the teacher occupation and the quality change of the pedagogical and didactical knowledge into subject specific didactical competence.Because the social support system is still in coming,the relationship between the subject and pedagogy is diffuse which hurts the development of role understanding and subject specific didactical thinking way,the article comes to following advice: a critical exchange in the field of subject specific exchange with Germany,the rethinking about the model design,the personal and mechanism support for the cooperation between different disciplines and places in the VTE teacher education should be pay more attention.
