| 摘 要： | 本文沿着青木昌彦的思路研究了模块化演进的本质———信息包裹对于分散企业研发风险的作用和机制。从十八世纪斯密的古典分工理论到当今信息革命的硅谷模式的历史演进中可以发现,模块化思想高级化的过程即是信息逐渐包裹在模块之中的过程。近期国内对于模块化的研究多侧重在对制造业生产模式的意义上,但事实上,模块化信息包裹的重要功能更体现在具有分散企业研发风险的内在机制,同时这也为我国企业实施创新战略提供了一条可行之路。

| Abstract: | By the way of Aoki,this paper studies the mechanism of decentralization of R&D risk by information encapsulation,which is the essence of modular evolution.By thinking the development of modulization from Smith's classical division of labor in eighteenth century to silicon mode today,it can be concluded that the process of modular evolution is just the process of information encapsulated into modules.Though domestic analysis on modulization recently emphasized on the meaning of manufactural mode,in fact,the more important function of modular information encapsulation is showed in the inner mechanism of decentralization of R&D risk,it also provides a feasible way of R&D strategy to domestic firms. |
