摘    要:山西省高校人才队伍的现状和管理机制存在许多问题,对这些问题应进行创新研究。情大于法,“好人主义”大于以法治校,是当前高校机制改革创新的最大障碍。只有建立创新人才管理和开发机制,才能引进人才,搞好高校师资队伍建设。

Abstract:Problems exist in the management mec hanism of university teachers in Shanxi province,so creative study of these problems is necessary.The biggest obstacles in the reform of present university management me cha-nism are emotion is more important th an law and seeking good relations wit h all at the expense of principle is mo re important than running school by law.Therefore only the mechanism of man agement and development of creative talents can ensure the introduction of talents and the fostering of unive rsity faculty.
