光热-风电联合运行调度策略研究

摘    要:为最大限度地利用风能和太阳能抑制风电力的随机变动性使其趋于稳定态势,并将废弃风力控制在最小限度,研究基于复合发电系统,通过建立风力-光热-水力发电系统的最佳调度模型,并利用富含常驻粒子的粒子群算法优化调度模型参数以求实现最佳的经济效率调度方式。研究结果表明,所提出的风力-光热-水力发电系统能有效地实现风电力顶峰到谷差的稳定化,在确保电力体系处于良好的维稳运行状态基础上,能最大化提高风力发电电力系统的能力,减少水力发电站输出的变动,使整个电力体系的经济效益实现有效提升。

Study on the combined operation and scheduling strategy of photothermal-wind power
Abstract:In order to maximize the use of wind energy and solar energy to suppress the random variability of wind power and make it tend to a stable situation, and to control waste wind power to a minimum, based on the composite power generation system, the optimal scheduling model of wind-photothermal-hydropower generation system is established, and the parameters of the scheduling model are optimized by using the particle swarm algorithm rich in resident particles to achieve the best economic efficiency scheduling method. The research results show that the proposed wind-photothermal-hydropower generation system can effectively stabilize the peak to valley difference of wind power, on the basis of ensuring that the power system is in a good stable operation state of maintenance and stability, it can maximize the capacity of the wind power generation system, reduce the fluctuation of the output of hydropower station, and effectively improve the economic benefits of the entire power system
