电动给水泵节能优化增容改造及应用

摘    要:山西漳泽电力股份有限公司蒲州发电分公司两台亚临界300MW空冷机组各配备三台上海电力修造厂生产的50%容量DG600—240V型锅炉主给水泵及FA1D56A型前置泵,正常情况下2台给水泵运行,1台备用。该机组经常处于低负荷调峰状况下运行,泵组运行效率不高。该公司对#2机2C主电动给水泵节能优化增容改造,针对各部分提出改造措施:确定增容改造后的最佳设计参数、主泵实施增容提效改造、叶轮各部分进行优化、提高给水泵检修维护工艺、管路系统运行优化等。

Abstract:Two sets of precritical 300MW air-cold machines in Puzhou branch subordinate to Shanxi Zhangze Electricity Force, are equipped with 50 % capacity of DG600-240V main water-supply pump of the boiler and FA1D56A leading pump produced in Shanghai building and repair plant. Two sets of feed water pumps are operated and one is spared in normal situation. The maehines are often operated in low load and operational efficiency is low. So 2C main water-supply pump of the second machine is increased and transferred. Meanwhile some measures are proposed: fixing the best design parameter after increased and transferred, optimizing each part of impeller, improving the inspection and maintenance,optimizing the pipeline system operation and so on.
