| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。时代发展呼唤创新型人才,社会进步需要培养众多的创新型人才。教育必须适应时代发展的需要,转变教育观念,加速创新型教师队伍建设,建立创新教育体系,培养具有强烈创新意识和较高创新能力的现代复合型人才。
