| Abstract: | At present, the rule of law in China is not efficient enough. For instance, there are no laws and rules to follow in certain fields. Some groups and people don't abide by laws and regulations as they should do. Law is not conducted smoothly. Meanwhile there are judicial reliance and prejudice in some situations. The above phenomena severely hinder the construction of a harmonious society. |
