| 摘 要： | 加快农村剩余劳动力转移，是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。随着新农村建设目标的提出，提高农民综合素质，培养新型农民成为这一时期农村劳动力转移的新要求。同时，农村劳动力就业能力、农村劳动力转移的组织化程度和农村转移劳动力的合法权益的维护等方面也呈现出一些新特点。

| Abstract: | It is an important aspect of constructing the new socialist countryside to accelerate the transfer of the surplus rural labor force. With the set of objectives of constructing new countryside, it has become the new requirement for the transfer of rural labor force in new period to improve peasants＇ comprehensive caliber and hence train new peasants. Meanwhile, we also find some new features in the employment of rural laborers, the organization of rural labor force and the maintenance of legal right of transferred rural laborers. |
