| 摘 要： | 我国最高人民法院收回死刑复核权意义重大,但死刑审判程序的一些相关制度仍存在不足之处,为便于死刑案件的审理,贯彻＂少杀、慎杀＂的政策,充分保障人权,必须对相关制度予以完善。包括将死刑案件被告人集中关押、扩充死刑案件审判合议庭、实行合议庭的绝对通过原则、完善死刑案件的二审及复核程序的审理期限等方面。
