| 摘 要： | 青少年身体尚处于发育之中，技术动作没有定型，身体素质有待提高，参加篮球活动时损伤发生率较高，对学生日常生活与学习有较大影响。采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、座谈访问法和数理统计法，对山西省吕梁市中学生篮球运动损伤进行调查，分析损伤发生的时段、部位、原因、类别、程度，结果表明：中学生参加篮球运动时损伤多发生在课外活动时间；损伤发生的部位有明显的部位特征，多发生在手指与踝关节；损伤的程度多属于轻度损伤；损伤的发生常与技术动作的掌握程度、预防与保护意识和场地设备因素有关，总结吕梁市中学生参加篮球运动损伤的规律与特点，针对性地提出一些预防措施。

| Abstract: | Because body is still in the development, technical movement does not get into form, physical fitness needs to be raised, teenagers suffer injury in participating in basketball activities, it has a greater impact to daily life and learning. In this paper, the author surveys basketball injuries at Lvliang high school through using ways of questionnaire survey, literature and data, discussion, informal discussion and mathematical statistics, to analyze the damage time,location,cause, type, extent, result is that middle school students injury occurs in extra -curricular activities;Injury location is in the fingers and the ankle joint;The extent of damage is mostly mild damage;Injury often associates with technical movement proficiency, prevention awareness and protection factors. Otherwise the author summarizes injuries that Lvliang middle school students participate in the basketball rules and feature and proposes some precautionary measures. |
