| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和文献资料等方法对黑龙江省大学与中学体育教学现状进行相应的调查分析，从中发现：当前黑龙江省的中学体育教学与高校体育教学严重脱轨，并且在体育教学中存在着诸多毛病，应当加大对大、中学体育教学的管理力度，同时在学校体育教学中应采取各种有效的手段消除大、中学体育教学在衔接上存在的问题，使黑龙江省的体育教学能够真正地面向全体学生，全面提高学生的身体素质，并为黑龙江省的的体育教学改革提供一定的科学依据和支持。

| Abstract: | In this paper,using a questionnaire survey and literature review method to conduct the appropriate investigation methods such as analysis Heilongjiang University and high school physical education status quo, from which found that： the current high school physical education in Heilongjiang Province and the severe dislocations in college physical education, and physical education there are many problems, physical education should increase for large secondary school physical education teaching and management and at the same time in physical education in schools should take all effective means to eliminate large, the interface of high school physical education problems, so that physical education in Heilongjiang Province for all students can truly and comprehensively improve the physical fitness of students, and Heilongjiang Province in physical education reform provide a scientific basis and support. |
