| 摘 要： | 教育实习是提高职前教师素质和教学能力的必要途径，是职前教师实践性知识培养的重要方式之一．该文在文献分析的基础上，从学科的特点以及职前教师成长的角度对两所师范院校中小学信息技术职前教师进行了问卷调查和访谈，以了解教育实习的现状，并基于存在的问题提出了解决的对策．

| Abstract: | Practice teaching is essential to the improvement of educational quality and pre-service students' teaching ability,and it is one of the most important approaches of acquiring practical knowledge.Based on the literature analysis,a survey is conducted to find out the status quo of practice teaching from the perspective of specialties and the development of pre-service students.Some solutions to the problems existing in the practice are also given. |
