广东省大型企业职工体育管理体制现状

摘    要:采用问卷调查法、访谈法,对广东省大型企业改制后职工体育的现状进行调查。结果显示,企业成立体育公司,对职工体育实行企业化管理,在体育人口比例、管理人员、场地设施、运作经费、自我投资意识及活动方式上均优于由工会负责职工体育的企业。企业工会管理职工体育的体制和运行机制已不适应职工对体育多样化的需求。

Abstract:Through questionnaires,expert interview,this paper tigated the current situation of employee sports were after large enterprises reformed in Guangdong province.Investigations showed that if the enterprises founded the sport companies to manage the employee sport,there would be more participants in sports.The management staff,the grounds and facilities,the operation funds,the investment and the activity modes could be better than the enterprises whose sport activities were managed by the trade unions.The operation system of the sports activities managed by the trade unions could not satisfy the various needs of the employees.
