摘    要:研究了活性碳负载磷钨酸催化环己酮双缩季戊四醇反应,考察了负载量、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应物配比以及溶剂对缩酮化反应的影响.结果表明:在磷钨酸的负载量为22.1%,季戊四醇与环己酮的摩尔比为1:2.2,油浴温度130-140℃,用甲苯作带水剂,反应1.5h,环己酮双缩季戊四醇的产率为93.4%,催化剂稳定性好,可重复使用.

SYNTHESIS OF CYCLOHEXANONE PENTAERYTHRITOL KETAL CATALYZED BY PHOSPHOTUNGSTIC ACID SUPPORTED ON ACTIVE CARBON

Abstract:The condensation of cyclohexanone and pentaerythritol catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid supported on active carbon was invenstigated. The influences of reaction time, oil bath temperature, ratio of reactants and quantity and stabtility of catalyst were examined.The optimal conditions for this reaction were as follows: supporting quantity of catalyst on active carbon 22.1%,molar ratio of cyclohexanone to pentaerythritol2.2:1,reaction time 90min and toluene as water-carrying agent. The yield was up to 93.4%,and the catalyst was stabtilitive and reusable.
