| 摘 要： | 我国非发达地区高等学校无论在教师队伍的数量和质量方面，还是在结构和管理方面，都存在诸多问题和困难，只有采取建立符合高等学校特点的教师管理模式，加强高等学校教师队伍结构的调整工作，加快学科带头人和中青年骨干教师的培养步伐，积极改善高等学校教师的生活和工作条件等一系列有效措施，才能造就一支数量适当、结构合理、素质精良的教师队伍，提高高等学校的办学水平和教育质量。

| Abstract: | There are many problems existing in college teachers' construction in non-developed area, especially in aspects of teacher's quantity, quality, structure and management. Only establishing proper teacher managing model, strengthening teacher structure's adjustment and their cultivation can a proper quantity, excellent quality and reasonable structure teacher team be established. Only in this way can we improve our teaching quality and level of running a school. |
