| 摘 要： | 优化和提升应用型高校大学生就业能力,已经成为一个重要的现实课题。对于这个问题的探讨,不应停留在修修补补的层面,而应该以培养就业能力为主线,全面进行培养体系的研究;要从教学、管理、指导、服务等多重角度,对现有的培养理念、培养内容、培养模式和方法进行全面更新和整合,为全方位提升大学生就业能力搭建平台。

| Abstract: | Optimizing and improving the employment ability of application-oriented college students has become an important practical goal. Therefore to foster employment ability should involve teaching, supervision, guidance, service, etc. The existing training concept, training eontents, training mode and method should be reintegrated to build a platform for college students. |
