| 摘 要： | 传统的翻译教学模式往往重理论轻实践，难以满足企业对实用型翻译人才的迫切需求。校企合作培养翻译人才模式有利于发挥学校和企业各自的优势，促进产学研的结合，培养更多具有较强实践能力的应用型翻译人才，也为高校翻译人才的培养模式提供了一种改革思路。校企合作形式的多样化有助于高校和企业之间互惠互利，又能使高校更好地服务于地方经济，实现共同发展。

| Abstract: | Traditional translation teaching mode focuses on theory instead of practice so that it is difficult to meet enterprises＇ pressing demands for translation talents with practical experience. The mode of training translation talents by university-enterprise cooperation can make it more conducive to develop their respective advantages and strengthen the industry-university-institute cooperation. There- fore, it is helpful to train practical talents with skilled experience and put forward some ideas on the reforms of university＇s talent training mode. During the process of translation talents cultivation, explora- tion in the diversified forms of university-enterprise cooperation can promote mutual reciprocity and benefit both,serve the local economy,and achieve prosperity. |
