| 摘 要： | 信用是一种社会观念也是一种社会机制。信用观念来源于一定时期的社会道德等文化传统,它最终由社会物质生活条件来决定。与一定社会经济发展水平相适应的信用观念会推动经济的发展;反之,会成为经济发展的障碍。古今中外,信用观念因时因地而有不同。但是,市场经济体制下的西方国家的信用制度却有其共性。借鉴他国的经验用以改造我们的传统观念、建构适合我国的信用机制将是十分有益的。

| Abstract: | Credit is both a kind of social conception and a kind of social mechanism. Credit conception roots in certain time's cultural tradition, such as social morals, and is ultimately decided by the social material condition. The credit conception adapting to the social economic development will promote economic development. Otherwise, it will become drawback. At all times and in all lands, credit conceptions vary in different time and different places. However, under market economic system, the credit system in each western country has its generality. It will be very useful to utilize other countries' experience for reference to remake our traditional conception and establish a credit mechanism which fits our country. |
