| 摘 要： | 介绍了Petri网的基本理论，分析了基于网络服务的分布式协同办公应用的特征，在此基础上提出了基于Petri网的分布式协同办公的通用智能模型，该模型具有语义明确、易于修改，并且易于验证的优点，最后以文档审批工作流为例给出了具体的模型实现过程．
