摘    要:随着当前大学英语四、六级测试重心的调整,特别加强了对“听”、“写”能力的考查,课堂教学应该将“听”、“写”能力的培养放到首位。文章从理论角度阐明听写是一种有效的测试和教学手段,通过分析学生听写中所出现的错误,找寻学生听写失分的原因,对如何加强听写教学提出一些建议,旨在实现“培养学生的综合应用能力,特别是听说能力”的教学目标。

Abstract:With the changing of the focuses in the newly reformed CET4/6,testing of students' listening and writing competences has been put to the prominent place.As a result,cultivation of students' listening and writing competences should be the first thing teachers take into account among all the other factors during an English class.This paper theoretically illustrates dictation is an effective means of teaching and testing.Some suggestions are made as to how to strengthen the teaching of dictation through the analyses of some common errors students made in dictation and of the reasons leading to students' failure in dictation,in order to reach the teaching target of cultivating students' integrated competence in language usage,especially listening and speaking competence.
