| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计、理论分析等方法对广东省业余体校体操教练员队伍进行调查研究。结果显示：广东省业余体校体操教练队伍是一支以年轻教练员为主的队伍，运动实践丰富，但执教经验尚需加强；此外教练员的学历较低，以专科学历者为多；中年教练员力量薄弱，高职称教练员少，中级以下职称多。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and theoretical analysis, this paper makes investigation on gymnastic coach team condition in amateur sport school in Guangdong province. The result shows that the coach team is young and has rich experience, but still need to improve, The academic background of coach is low and coach with senior academic title is few. |
