| 摘 要： | 《侵权责任法》是在私权受到侵害的情况下对受害人提供全面救济的法,是一部保护民事权利的法,标志着我国民法体系趋于完善。在本文中,针对《侵权责任法》立法的几个显著的特点进行初步分析和探讨,以期对侵权法的适用有一定益处。

| Abstract: | Tort Liability Act is a civil right law under which the victims will be offered overall relief when their private rights are suffered infringement.It indicates that the civil rights system is becoming perfect in our country.In this article,I will make preliminary analysis and discussion about several outstanding achievements in tort liability act so as to benefit from its application. |
