| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、实地研究等方法，对鄂豫皖老区群众余暇时间的支配方式、活动内容、活动形式、设施与场所、活动动机及影响余暇体育活动的主、客观因素等进行分析，从加快老区经济发展，提高群众余暇体育活动意识，加强学校体育与社会体育的互动，完善开发体育场地，增强政府对群众余暇体育活动组织、引导和监督职能，加大社会体育指导力量的培养等方面提出相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | By using the documents, questionnaire, interview and on-the-spot investigation, this article analyzes the mass leisure time of the former liberated area in Hubei, Henan, Anhui in budgeting style, contents, patterns, installations, places, motivation, and subjective and objective factors of influencing their activities; and makes some suggestions in speeding economic development, increasing mass consciousness of sports activities, strengthening interaction of the sports between schools and society, developing sports' grounds, enhancing the functions of local governments, and boosting the cultivation of social sports supervisors, etc. |
