| 摘 要： | 网络资源为听力教学提供了良好的教学环境，也使高效的听力能力培养成为可能。针对目前我校英语听力教学的困难现状，结合网络资源的特点，从人本主义的教学思想和克拉申的输人假设及情感过滤假设理论对英语听力能力的培养进行探讨。科学技术的不断发展以及全球化进程的进一步加快，使英语被广泛使用，非英语国家英语学习者的听力技能在交流中发挥着越来越重要的作用。而社会对大学毕业生的英语水平也提出了更高的要求，能否运用流利的外语与外界交往成为用人单位考查应聘者工作能力的必要条件。因此，当前在高校英语教学中，听力教学受到一定重视，发展较为迅速，然而，目前我校英语听力课堂教学仍然存在一些问题，听力训练受到一定限制，很难有效提高学生的听力能力，本文拟根据人本主义的教学思想和克拉申的输入假设及情感过滤假设理论对英语听力能力的培养进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Networks not only provide a sound teaching environment for English listening, but also make the effi- cient and effective training of listening competence possible. On the basis of the present situation of our college and the input hypothesis and affective filter hypothesis, and in the light of the features of the network environment, the pa- per probes the training mode of English listening competence. |
