| Abstract: | The process of business negotiation is actually a procedure of exchanging views,communicating in languages among negotiating parties.To a great extent,the success of negotiation depends on the excellent use of language arts.Therefore,understanding the characteristics of negotiation language,mastering the language techniques in negotiations,and managing to achieve the ＂four skillfulnesses＂ are favorable for winning business negotiations. |
