| 摘 要： | 班级自主管理是让学生做班级管理的主角的班级管理形式。班级自主管理要以学生的需要和情感归属为前提，将以人为本作为其原则和出发点，将主体性作为其精神本质，将和谐发展作为其理想和目标，只有这样才能使其成效更加突出。

| Abstract: | The independent class control is the form of management in which students are allowed to play the key role in class management. To ensure greater achievement, students＇needs and emotion affiliation should be taken as the fundamental premises, the student~ oriented rule be regarded as the principle, the subjectivity is the essence of the spirit and the harmonious development is the goal in independent class management. |
