| Abstract: | Under the new conditions,the disadvantages of the traditional mode of training in normal schools emerge,failing to meet the severe challenge of employment.Normal colleges should attach importance to the cultivation of the kernel ability of the trainees for employment,i.e.the ability of teaching and find out strategies for the cultivation with regard to the law that governs normal education. |
