| 摘 要： | 组织学习能力和战略变革是近年来心理学、知识管理学和企业管理学研究的热点问题之一。从界定两者的内涵出发，分析组织学习能力对企业战略变革的作用和作用路径，并利用结构方程模型进行实证分析，得到的结论可为如何通过开展组织学习活动，提高战略变革的成功率提供一些方法和指导。

| Abstract: | Organization learning capability and enterprises’ strategic change has become one of the popular topics in Psychology, knowledge management and enterprise management.On the basis of the connotations, the paper analyzes the effect and its pathways of organization learning capability on the enterprises’ strategic change，provides some references for increasing strategic change successful rate, and provides some entry points for the study of organization learning capability. |
