| 摘 要： | 科学技术带来的伦理问题对社会环境产生了巨大的影响,同时又受着社会环境的制约。文章以分析科学技术伦理问题在当代的表现形式出发,提出了关于科技伦理环境的定义以及评估科技伦理环境的主要指标及衡量标准,并以纳米技术为实例做一分析和评估。
