| 摘 要： | 大学生潜在心理资本是积极心理品质和积极心理状态的外化经济效益延迟产生的特殊资本形态,它对主体行为的作用主要通过生理机制、动力机制、内外转化机制和交互作用机制而产生。调查发现大学生的潜在心理资本水平居中,且作为潜在心理资本外化行为绩效参考变量的学生科研成绩偏低,因此,必须运用分层梯度开发的渐进积累方式培育大学生积极心理品质和积极心理状态,并实现积极心理向学习实践和科研创新活动的有效迁移。
