| 摘 要： | 通过对近百所高校各类学术权力机构成员行政背景的实证调查发现,高校学术权力机构成员资格的获得与其拥有中层以上行政职务高度相关;在各类高校中,行政领导在各类学术权力机构中的高比例状况无明显差异,即使是研究型高校的学术权力也并无强势表现。对学术的尊重、维护和保障,是高校行政权力应有的理念、义务和责任,这种责任是高校行政权力区别于其他社会组织行政权力的根本标志。
