| Abstract: | Judging from the present situation, the people mediation becomes the important way that resolves disputes and creates a harmonious, along with the justice and arbitration systems. Further in-depth study on people's mediation becomes necessary. This paper firstly analyzes the social situation of contemporary China, and after the comparison of theory of two social classes, proposes that interest mediation is the essence of people's mediation and that consultation and negotiation is the core people mediation. |
