| 摘 要： | 立足于自身资源和能力的自主技术创新是本土企业应对经济全球化竞争的关键，哪些因素影响着创新自主性以及自主性对创新绩效有怎样的影响是值得探讨的问题。本研究将促使企业创新的因素概括为内部驱动和外部驱动，提出创新驱动通过自主性对创新绩效产生影响，以及环境动态性对内部驱动和外部驱动与创新自主性的关系具有相反的调节作用。运用270家企业的调研数据实证分析发现，创新的外部驱动通过内部驱动的完全中介作用影响创新自主性，内部驱动再通过创新自主性的完全中介对创新绩效产生正向影响。研究还发现，环境动态性对创新外部驱动和创新自主性的关系具有正向调节作用，但是对内部驱动和创新自主性之间的关系没有显著调节作用。
