| 摘 要： | 本文通过对《全国总书目》的出版与收藏情况调查,反映图书馆对向读者提供书目信息这一最低限度、也并非不可为的基本理念的淡漠;尽管出现这种状况有多方面原因,但图书馆与出版商即使在市场经济环境中也不可忽视为读者服务的共性而单纯追逐经济效益,重视对《全国总书目》的出版、广泛收藏与充分发挥其作用,在现今不仅是切实可行的,更是图书馆理念的返璞归真。
