| 摘 要： | 当前我国中小企业财务管理不论是从财务管理主体、内容、制度建设还是财务管理的方法方面都存在着诸多问题。从整体上来讲,中小企业的财务管理水平仍处于较低层次,难以充分发挥财务管理应有的积极作用。为进一步提高中小企业的财务管理水平,实现企业可持续发展,需强化企业管理者财务管理意识,提高财务工作人员素质;多渠道实现企业融资,提高投资的科学性;建立和健全企业财务管理制度;加快企业的财务管理信息化建设进程等。

| Abstract: | Currently,many small and medium-sized domestic enterprises still have a lot of problems in financial management entity,content,system construction and financial management approaches.To improve the financial management level and realize the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises,we should strengthen enterprises governors’ financial management consciousness,enhance financial staff’s quality,realize corporate finance from multiple channels,improve the scientific nature of investment,construct and perfect the financial management system in enterprises,and quicken the construction of enterprises’ financial management informationalization. |
