| 摘 要： | 开放存取作为一种全新的信息交流模式,正在世界各国蓬勃发展,在我国,开放存取的研究还处于一个起步阶段,高校图书馆应抓住机遇,积极宣传和推广开放存取,从资源整合、技术研发、共建共享、服务方式等方面入手,加强开放存取环境下的信息资源建设,创建一个真正服务于学校交流的信息共享空间。
